EE 540 - VLSI Design

Provides an introduction to the technology and design of VLSI integrated circuits.  Topics include MOS transistors, switch and gate logic, scalable design rules, speed and power considerations, floor planning layout techniques, and design tools. (Design content – two credits).  Co-requisite:  EE 540L. Credits: 3
