CHRD 755 - Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Planning This course is designed to introduce students to the DSM-IV and to help develop their diagnostic and treatment planning skills. Students will focus on particular disorders and how to effectively treat those disorders in clinical and school settings. Among the disorders and treatment plans that will be covered in class are: depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse disorders, schizophrenia, disorders first diagnosed in infancy, childhood and adolescence, as well as personality disorders.
