Requirements for Construction Management Major - Bachelor of Science in Construction Management:
Choose one of the following:
Senior Year:
- Technical Elective (Business and Management) Credits: 3
(Fall and Spring) - Technical Elective (Construction) Credits: 4 in Fall and 3 in Spring
- Technical Electives (Construction Science) Credits: 3
(Fall and Spring) Note:
Students are required to have a minimum grade of “C” in all of the courses that are designated as prerequisites for the required courses. Business Minor:
Students enrolled in the Construction Management program have the option to obtain the Business minor offered through the Economics Department. With proper planning, the students can fulfill the Business minor requirements and without exceeding the 128 credits required for Construction Management majors. Cooperative Education Program:
Students have the opportunity to work in industry and receive technical elective credit for the experience through CM 497. A formal work plan must be approved by the Program Coordinator of Construction Management prior to the work experience.
