Program Information
The undergraduate leadership minor helps students explore and practice different approaches to leadership, preparing them for real-world challenges both on campus and beyond. This interdisciplinary program connects leadership development to students’ personal goals and career plans, helping them grow into confident leaders ready to make an impact in their profession, community, and the wider world. By earning this minor, students will gain valuable skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving that will set them apart as they transition from college to career and beyond.

Requirements for Leadership Minor: 18-19 Credits
Electives
Students may choose no more than one course per focus area for a total of 6-7 elective credits. Credits: 6-7 Focus Area 1: Communication
Focus Area 3: Strategic Leadership and Decision Making
