DS 120 - Survey of Dairy and Food Science Industries

Credits: 1
First-year course designed to introduce students to developing a plan of study, activities and work experiences to best prepare them for future careers in dairy and food science and their role in society. Students will also be introduced to contemporary issues in dairy and food science.

Corequisites: DS 119 .
