EE 260 - Electronic Materials and Devices

Credits: 3
Introduction to the materials, processes and designs used for the fabrication and packaging of electronic and passive devices, semiconductor and junction theory, semiconductor devices, and other solid-state devices.

Prerequisites: CHEM 112 , (PHYS 209  or PHYS 213 ), and “C” or better in EE 216 .
