EDFN 777 - Practicum: Applying Coaching Cycles (COM) Credits: 1
This practicum course provides participants with hands-on experience in literacy coaching by applying coaching cycles in real educational settings. Participants will engage in planning, implementing, and reflecting on coaching sessions with educators. Emphasis will be placed on using data-driven decision-making, providing targeted feedback, and supporting teachers in implementing evidence-based literacy strategies. Through guided mentorship and peer collaboration, participants will refine their coaching skills and develop a portfolio showcasing their impact.
