NURS 469 - Nursing Leadership Capstone

This capstone course analyzes management, leadership, and change theories within professional nursing practice. Through appraisal of leadership, the registered nurse student will examine resource management, organizational culture, conflict management/resolution, and group process skills. The student will synthesize curriculum learning through development of a personal leadership model.

Prerequisites: Admission to RN to BSN program.
