AGEC 485-585 - Farming and Food Systems Economics

Use of economic concepts in analyzing farming and food system alternatives. Using multidisciplinary approach, the course examines the critical linkages in the food system and engages in problem solving at each step of the process.

Prerequisites: Senior standing in Economics (B.S.) - Agricultural Economics Specialization  or Agricultural Business (B.S.) .
