NFS 710 - Dietary and Herbal Supplements

Explore the safety and efficacy of botanical/herbal and dietary supplements in health applications including: dietary supplementation in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease.  It is advised for students to complete Human Physiology prior to enrollment.  Course is designed to meet professional education for the registered dietitian. (Beginning Spring 2012) (taught online)
