NFS 751L - Trandisciplinary Childhood Obesity Prevention II Laboratory

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to a multitude of assessment tools to enhance their understanding of optional methods for assessing and completing research addressing child health and obesity prevention.  Students will be trained on appropriate measurement techniques and be introduced to the pros, cons, logistics, reliability, validity, and type of information that can be gathered from each tool.  Co-requisites:  NFS 751. Required Corequisites: NFS 751 Prerequisites: HPER 783
