NFS 481 - Food Science, Dietetics, and Hospitality Human Resources ManagementCredits: 3 This course is the capstone experience for students in Nutrition, Food Science and Hospitality. Course will integrate knowledge with breakout sessions for the different subject matter areas in NFSH.
