Medical terminology, anatomy, personal information and expressions of feelings will be at the core of the course. The course will also address related cultural issues. Students will also determine which local, state, and national administrative and legislative provisions support children with these conditions. Statistical methods from simple regression models through generalized linear multilevel models are studied from a Bayesian perspective.
