Program Information
The goal of the M.S. specializing in Adult Development in the Workplace graduate program is to provide advanced, professional education and research expertise that focuses on improving individual, family, and community well-being. Students pursuing this degree specialization will be prepared to become knowledgeable training and development specialists in business and industry to ensure the needs of adults are understood and met in the workplace. Students who successfully complete this specialization will earn a Master of Science in Human Sciences specializing in Adult Development in the Workplace.
Course Delivery Format
The department offers coursework through face to face instruction on campus in Brookings with some limited online courses.
