Adult Development in the Workplace

The goal of the MS specializing in Adult Development in the Workplace graduate program is to provide advanced, professional education and research expertise that focuses on improving individual, family, and community well-being. Students pursuing this degree specialization will be prepared to become knowledgeable training and development specialists in business and industry to ensure the needs of adults are understood and met in the workplace. Students have the option to complete 36 credit hours of coursework or to complete the 30 credit-hour Thesis option. Students who successfully complete this specialization will earn a Master of Science in Human Sciences specializing in Adult Development in the Workplace.
