• Select additional courses prefixed MICR
• DS 301-301L - Dairy Microbiology and Lab
    may also be included
• Two courses must be at the 300 level or above.
• No more than 3 credits can come from MICR 493, 494, 495, 496, 497 and 498.

A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in minor courses.
