Facilities and Services

The first two years of the pharmacy program are delivered in the Avera Health and Science Center, a first-class educational and research facility on the Brookings campus. The Avera Health and Science Center has enabled the college to incorporate new teaching strategies into the curriculum that will lead to pharmacy graduates that are better prepared to provide patient care utilizing modern technology and a team-based approach. The facility also has modern research laboratories that support our growing research program. The third year courses are delivered in Sioux Falls. The transition to Sioux Falls allows students the opportunity for patient care experiences in the large and innovative health care facilities in the city.

Student Support and Engagement Opportunities

Graduate students may choose to get involved with the College’s Honorary societies and other student organizations.
