PE 300 - Applied Sport and Exercise Science (COM)

Credits: 3
This course is an introduction to exercise, sport physiology and biomechanics, designed to give physical education teacher candidates an opportunity to explore the physiological and biomechanical foundations of exercise and sport.

Prerequisites: BIOL 221  or PE/EXS 354  or PE/EXS 250.
