LDR 435 - Organizational Leadership and Team Development

This course focuses on leadership and team development in organizational structures. Students will study organizations and teams through the lens of leadership to better apply theory to practice in different organizations including nonprofit organizations. Topics include leadership intelligence, organizational alignment and vision, leadership values, creating a civil work climate, leading teams, organizational culture, conflict resolution techniques, follower engagement, personality and skills performance management, and leading change.
