NUTR 751 - Nutrition Assessment and Evaluation

Credits: 3
Students will gain in-depth knowledge about nutrition assessment tools. Students will have the opportunity to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of different tools and gain experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting nutrition assessment data.
