PHA 771 - Geriatrics Practice Experience

Credits: 5
This pharmacy practice experience is designed to develop pharmaceutical care skills for managing elderly patients’ drug therapy in the long-term care (LTC) setting.  While students work with a consultant pharmacist in the community, the experience is quite self-directed and a number of activities are submitted directly to the coordinator.
