PHA 712 - Nuclear Pharmacy Practice Experience Credits: 5
This pharmacy practice experience will vary by site, but in general the student will be introduced to the practice of nuclear pharmacy, which deals with the handling of radioactive materials used for diagnostic imaging studies. The student selecting this experience should have interest in learning more about nuclear pharmacy, additional training required, and how the nuclear pharmacist plays a role in diagnostic imaging.
