This course provides a broad introduction to machine learning techniques in remote sensing, GIS and geospatial datasets and analysis. The topics will cover supervised learning and unsupervised algorithms in various remote sensing & GIS tasks, including remote sensing imagery-based classification, segmentation, prediction, and object detection problems using classical machine learning algorithms and cutting-edge deep learning methods.
