PHA 776 - Ambulatory Care II Practice Experience Credits: 5 An advanced pharmacy practice experience that builds upon Ambulatory Care I Practice Experience. Direct patient involvement is emphasized with students being expected to obtain patient histories, conduct appropriate physical assessments, interpret and apply laboratory parameters, provide patient education, follow-up on assigned patients, advise other healthcare providers on the clinical use of drugs, and participate as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Prerequisites: PHA 762 and PHA 774 . Registration Restriction: P4 year standing.
