PHA 718 - Long Term Care Practice Experience

This pharmacy practice experience will provide the student with an opportunity to learn and perform professional services in the long term care setting. Activities performed include patient care conferences, chart reviews, and comprehensive medication management.

Prerequisites: PHA 762.
Registration Restriction: P4 year standing.
