NUTR 751 - Nutrition and Physical Activity Assessment and Evaluation

This course will introduce students to a variety of nutrition and physical activity assessment tools. Students will have the opportunity discuss the strengths and weaknesses of different tools and gain experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting nutrition and physical activity data. Prerequisites: NUTR 750.
