CD 616 - Public and Nonprofit BudgetingCredits: 3 The purpose of this three-credit hour graduate level distance education course is to introduce students to the fundamental theories and practices of budgeting in the public and nonprofit sectors. Topics include overview of budgeting and budget reform, taxation, expenditures, budget preparation and adoption, budget implementation, and performance budgeting.
