A study of descriptive statistics including graphs, measures of central tendency and variability and an introduction to probability theory, sampling and techniques of statistical inference with an emphasis on statistical applications. Prerequisites: MATH 102  or MATH 103  or MATH 115  or MATH 120  or MATH 121  or MATH 123  or MATH 125 .  Notes: * Course meets System Goal #5: Mathematics .
