AGED 404 - Methods in AGED (AW)Credits: 3 Developing and maintaining a strong agricultural education program requires knowledge of curriculum design and development, assessment, classroom management and other relevant topics. This course is designed to offer students an opportunity to further develop necessary skills for successfully teaching agricultural subjects in both formal and non-formal educational settings. Additionally, a brief history of the discipline, components of agricultural education, and current trends and issues will be explored. Working with advisory councils, adult education initiatives, and community organizations will also be addressed.
