NURS 855 - Research in Health Care

DNP students will critique the quality of evidence derived from quantitative and qualitative research. Students will determine how evidence derived from research will guide advanced practice and inform quality care for diverse populations, including the rural or underserved. Implications for new advanced nursing practice models based on research and culturally congruent policies and practices to improve care will be explored. Prerequisites: Pre-requisite: NURS 850 Credits: 3
