Plant diseases caused by viroids, viruses, bacteria and mycoplasma-like organisms including identification, development, symptoms, and control. Advanced laboratory research methods used in isolation, transmission, culture, purification, microscopy, serology and investigation of the nature and properties of important plant pathogens.
