MNET 260 - Principles of Production and Operations ManagementCredits: 3 A broad analytical ‘systems’ viewpoint is used to develop competency in management decision-making and problem solving in operations setting in various businesses and specialty manufacturing. This course involves the study of the PRODUCTION end of business, where resources are transferred into goods and services, and the MANAGEMENT of operations through effective planning, implementing, and monitoring for continuous improvement.
