This course is the continuation of MNET 251 and is designed to provide students with a background and understanding of the essential topics in semiconductor devices, semiconductor power supply and technology, and semiconductor amplifiers and their applications. Other topics include digital logic, integrated circuits, oscillators, AM/FM communications, TV signal transmissions, and computer structure and operations. Prerequisites: MNET 251.
