BIOT 399-399L - Biotechnology and Lab

Molecular basis of biological processes; theory and practice of recombinant DNA and molecular biology techniques; biochemical and molecular genetic approaches to study current biological problems; amplification of nucleic acids with the polymerase chain reaction; agricultural, medical, and industrial applications of biotechniques.
