The course provides a foundation in the theory and operation of semiconductor devices including solid-state diodes, bipolar junction and field effect transistors and other components related to discrete active circuits. Troubleshooting, schematic interpretation, and measurement techniques will be covered.Prerequisites: P, EET 114 or 118.Corequisites: Corequisite course EET 122L.
