MATH 574 - Scientific Computation II

A continuation of Scientific Computation I. Topics will include computational methods used for mathematical modeling, such as numerical methods for solving linear systems and methods for solving initial value problems. Numerical methods will be applied to mathematical models. Simulation and validation of models will be discussed. Pre-requisite: MATH 321 and MATH 374 Credits: 3
