The study and evaluation of decision making in relation to specific time, energy, and work patterns including balancing work and family issues of household production and work involvement. The course addresses policies and procedures of resource management in the workplace including supervision, recognition, and benefits. Relevant work, time and energy issues such as gender and culture in work patterns, time use and conflict management will be investigated.Prerequisites: ENGL 201.
